i am feeling so out of touch with reality.
like im in a different body, like im someone else. the people i know are strangers to me and the words coming out of my mouth are not mine. people are looking at me but not seeing me. i dont know how i feel, all the time i just feel numb. i wanna say im tired but then when i try to sleep it never happens. ive trapped myself in a world i dont even wanna live in. i want to get out.
